Clemson Tiger Striped Brownies (cream cheese)

Tiger-Striped Brownies

GO TIGERS! We may have been the #2 football team in the nation this year, but these brownies were #1.  You can easily make them for halloween or dye the cream cheese for any specific themed event (like green for St. Patty's Day.)

Ingredients:
1 brownie mix (with ingredients listed on the box.
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    5 tablespoons butter, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 tablespoons flour
orange food coloring (or color of your choice)

Directions:
Mix by hand brownie mix. (Follow steps and ingredients on your box.) Spread ½ of the brownie mixture in 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add orange food coloring.

Add eggs, vanilla, and flour and mix well. Adjust food coloring as needed.

Spread cream cheese mixture on top.

Drop remaining brownie batter on top and pull a knife through.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool and Slice.
