Cucumber, Lemon, Lime, and Mint Sangria
For wine club this summer we had a theme of Sangria or Punch. There was a corona punch, Pimms and fruit
(thanks to our British friend), and even sorbet with champage. I really liked
the bright, tanginess of this drink and would love to drink it by the pool or
on a warm summer evening. It’s very
refreshing!
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
4 sprigs mint, leaves removed & torn
2 lemons, sliced
2 limes, sliced
1 bottle dry white wine (sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio)
Soda Water (optional)
