Old Bay Coleslaw

Old Bay Coleslaw

“Crab cakes and Football: That’s what Maryland does.” ~ Wedding Crashers and My Boyfriend every time we mention going to Maryland.  My parents still live on the Chesapeake Bay and I love getting seafood when I visit. That being said, I probably need to admit I am always in the mood for Old Bay.  Old Bay Coleslaw? Heck yeah!

Ingredients:
16 oz. Cabbage and Carrots, finely diced
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning

Directions:
Use a food processor to dice the cabbage and carrots. (Also, they also sell it very finely chopped at the grocery store.)

Whisk dressing ingredients together until thoroughly incorporated.
Toss dressing with chopped cabbage mix.
Cover and chill before serving.

Example of pre-chopped slaw to buy. Recipe came from this company's website - so many ideas!
