Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

slices white bread
1 large English seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1 large English seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
Directions:
In
a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Season
with salt and pepper. Refrigerate or allow to sit for flavors to set.
Spread
cream cheese mixture onto a thin layer onto the bread.
Top
cucumbers with remaining bread.
Cut
crusts off bread and cut into triangular quarters.
Serve
immediately or refrigerate
