Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
This
un-loved vegetable dish is super easy to make, and let’s be honest, everything
is better with bacon! Try to change people’s minds to like this vegetable (and
if you buy it on the stalk, it makes it look extra cool.)
Ingredients:
4 strips bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until
crispy.
Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, then chop.
In same pan with bacon fat, melt butter.
Add Brussels sprouts and cook, stirring occasionally, until
sprouts are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Toss bacon back into the pan. Season to taste.
Serve warm.
