Crispy Oven Roasted Broccoli

As many of you other healthy eater out there, I get my organic produce box delivered each week.  I get mine from  http://www.byproduce.com/.  I love the fact that this produce is always delicious and at my door when I get home from work.
This week's recipe was based using up that delicious broccoli while I snacked/lunched on the other items. Yum!

Crispy Oven Roasted Broccoli

Gather the following ingredients while preheating your oven to 400 degrees:
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (I recommend the Progresso herbed kind, otherwise you'll need to add herbs and salt.)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 crowns of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, approx.)
Take all of the ingredients and toss them. (I recommend using a tupperware and shaking to you, or your child's content!)
Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and back for approx. 15 minutes... Toss and continue to bake until broccoli is cooked through (approx 15-20 more minutes.)
Crispy, Crunchy, and Healthy!
