Spinach and Artichoke Dip, easy and light!

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This is super easy and very low in fat.  This easy dip only has 4 ingredients and is always a party hit!
2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix (or 1 packet)
1 box frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 can artichokes, drained and chopped.

Stir all incredients together. Let chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with Pita Chips, Crackers, or Vegetables. :-)
 (Note on artichokes: to give yourself a better flavor, use frozen artichokes and roast them in the oven before adding.)
